Hello beautiful soul!

I’m thrilled that you were guided to visit my site and are exploring the modalities I offer.

I’m originally from a small town near Winnipeg, Canada. In 1990, my husband and I moved to Miami, Florida where our three amazing sons were born. We moved to Raleigh, NC in 1997 and have been here since. Time flies!

Triumphs and challenges make up every human life and mine is no different. Through these sometimes life-altering experiences and my search for meaning over the years, I’ve been led down a path of self-discovery, which has steered me to this incredible work.

I believe everyone deserves to explore their many facets. By doing so, we raise higher consciousness for all humanity. And that’s the ultimate goal.
